I was today. This afternoon I ran to the supermarket to get some salad stuff for dinner, and ran into someone I went to school with. She works there and I see her a few times a year. We chatted and I asked how her husband was, and she floored me by telling me they were divorcing. They have been together since junior high school, more than 30 years together, and were reallly happy.

Why are they divorcing? She cheated. She said it was a mistake and her sex life was great, but she felt like there had to be more out there she hadn’t experienced, since her husband was her first. I’m still in shock. How can you throw away 30+ years with someone over a boink??

I was in a fog after I checked out, really in shock, and when I turned the corner I saw a Z-car .. not sure if it was 240 or 280 but it definitely was one. My ex had one but this was blue, the front end was stuck in the bushes, with a few other cars. Looked like it was abandoned. I don’t really like that car since I’m not a Corvette type chick but if it was automatic and free and didn’t need any work, well, I could be a Z chick fast!

Cold and raw but hey, I have heat, so can’t complain too much. 48 degrees out but it’s going to be 65 on Thursday.
