Today it's twinged now and then, but I'm really favoring it tonight. Just a simple motion like putting my sunglasses on top of my head hurts like crazy. Last night, taking off my nightshirt to go to sleep (I sleep naked) brought tears ... there is just a certain motion I do that I need to learn not to do I guess.
