Well, I have a date tomorrow

Yep, I’m meeting someone for coffee tomorrow. I think he’s the first I’ve met in a few years. There are 2 guys I’m interested in and who are interested in me. This is the one at the bottom of the list, but the one at the top works so much I don’t think we can ever meet for coffee. I’m nervous about meeting this guy as I don’t know a whole lot about him yet, but it’s just coffee and he only has an email address for me, and it’s a tossaway on at that. So, we’ll see how it goes. I can’t stay too long since I have my new desk and shelves being done late in the afternoon.

This desk that’s being broken down has a lot of sentimental value. I remember my parents buying it for me in the late 70’s. It’s prefab but real wood. It’s been to New Hampshire, Boston and more with me, and has survived each move. I absolutely love it, but since I dumped the other one in this office and cleaned things up so much, it’s time to let it go. I’ll have to disconnect this computer but it won’t be a nightmare like last time. This one has less peripherals and I don’t think any extra wires, as it was easy to get underneath and remove things. And, no phone wires to break!

Talked to my mechanic and once he has the bolts and kit, my engine and tranny are going in, then it’s off to a shop for the exhaust system to be built. Yes, built. He uses this guy for all his hot rods and it’s being built to specifications for my car, instead of something out of a box. Later today I’ll research Hurst shifters. He thinks about 3-4 weeks until I get my car back, but it will be too hot most likely to drive it then, so I can work on the interior which only needs a little bit of work.

I’m working on a new dating site for hairy woman lovers. Hairy Space is great, don’t get me wrong, but some people don’t want an entire community and just want a plain old dating site. It will take a while to finish up as I’ve barely begun working on it.

    I don’t think so. I haven’t gone out since I met them a few months ago, and this is the first guy I’ve had coffee with in 2.5 years.

    Well, Douglas disappeared as did Roger, so there is just Bill (who I want) and Paul (who I’m meeting).

    I don’t know if he likes hair or not, we never talked about it but I’m really meeting him just to boost my confidence since the other one dumped me without a word.

    Bill is the one I’d like to meet, but I hear from him maybe once a week. He works a lot, I don’t think he’s a computer person at all, and he hasn’t said he wanted to meet after that first conversation when he wanted coffee. I hinted but he never took the hint. Haven’t heard from him since Monday.

    Paul doesn’t know my real age, never asked where I lived or what I did for work — which is kinda odd.

    trying to reschedule so that’s good.

    PS - had an MRI Monday & found out I have
    a bulging disc in my lower neck…my GP
    said no wonder you’ve been in pain - DUH!!
    Other doctor is on vacation until sometime
    in July so my GP is keeping me in pain pills
    until I see neurologist again…

    It’s ok, since I did hear from Bill this morning and he asked if I wanted to meet. He apologized for not emailing as much, too. I’d rather meet him for a lot of reasons, mostly that he not only likes hairy women (though I think he means bush) but he likes fat women. ONLY fat women actually. Since my ex made fun of my weight on more than one occasion, a BBW lover is more my style!

    For the lower back, are you considering surgery? I know when I saw my doctor they told me they can’t guarantee surgery can fix it, and I still have 2 bulging/slipped disks in my lower back. I just use Ibuprofen when it hurts, sleep on the floor, only sit in firm chairs. etc.

    Good sex is supposed to fix it :P

    Not sure about surgery - since it’s in my lower neck (C-5), I’d rather not unless it’s absolutely necessary. I’m going to ask the neurologist if he thinks physical therapy may help, since good sex has NOT fixed it, LOL. :P

    I read a good bit online last night about it & PT seems to help a lot of the time. But it also said most people get over a bulging disc within a few weeks, if it doesn’t rupture/herniate. I’ve had mine for 11 weeks now… not getting better at all.

    Bill sounds nice - go for it! :)

    PT may work but chiropractics will most likely be the best solution. They can manipulate the spine and push the disk back in place. It’s the only thing that brings me relief.

    As for Bill, I’m going to PM you on the other board with a photo so you can see him :)
