Sleep!

Well, here I was complaining I could not sleep, right? 5:15 am and I was up today. Stayed in bed for another 45 minutes before giving up and working until 8, then had breakfast and read the paper. Worked some more, then decided to lie down for a few minutes and read. 1 hour later I woke up, looked at the clock, and rolled over for another hour! I woke up at 11:30!!! I could not believe it, I have SO much to do but I guess I really needed it. It’s 8:30 pm and while I’m a little tired, not as much as usual (I swear as I typed that, I yawned!).
Pulling my video room apart is a lot more work than I thought it would be. Just pulling stuff off shelves and trying to find a place for them is a daunting task. I’m about to go tackle the fax machine and surrounding shelves. Got almost 1000 videos and DVDs moved out though. I want to do the laptop and all the peripherals but I think I’ll wait until tomorrow when there is more light, as I don’t want to screw that up. So many of the wires aren’t loose, as they should be — my ex did not like wires so tied them all up, which was one of the stupider things he ever did. How can you tie down computer wires when anyone who uses a computer knows you’re always changing out components and reconnecting things??
Watched this program on Mustangs today, or at least part of it. Hundreds of Mustangs make this trek to Little Rock, AR and stop in Mustang, OK along the way. Oldest Mustang driver was 80! I haven’t seen my own Mustang in more than 3 weeks and won’t for a long time, so it was nice to see them. One guy had the original one he bought and it had been a family car for a family with 4 kids!
VH1 Classic has been rerunning the 1st day of MTV — again — so I’ve been working and rocking out to some good old music. I remember having a huge crush on the bass player from Lee Ritenour’s band and wow, saw him in a video and it brought back memories. Right now it’s “Bluer Than Blue” but I’ve seen a lot of .38 Special as well. I was into Southern rock pretty heavily for a few years. Also saw my favorite Pretenders song, Message Of Love.
Found my cache of hairy women magazines. Many are just magazines with hairy woman layouts, but several are magazines from the 70’s and 80’s that had nothing but hairy women.
