I kept telling him I *had* an HD picture so his guys installed it. He finally agreed I didn't need the patch cord but what I had to do was change the source/input for the TV. Once I put it on HDMI2 (instead of 1) it played the DVD, I just got off and then put it back :) Aha, I got it - called cable TV but they weren’t much help as he kept telling me I needed a 5-jack cord. I bought myself a LG 24 inch monitor. It was on sale at Best Buy last weekend. Showed my on the doorstep yesterday.
