It was so nice yesterday, very little humidity, then today BAM, high humidity, then it poured, the humidity went away, then it came back. I was going out this morning, felt the humidity and saw the rain and came back inside to work!

Has anyone here gone through genetic counseling? I did and it’s fascinating to look at your family tree and medical history. Apparently there is a gene that certain people from a certain area of Russia have, and my family is from there. It makes you think because if you have a test and find out you have this gene, would you then have preventative surgery? Do you want to know if you potentially could have a certain form of cancer?

Tomorrow night is the finale of SYTYCD. 2 hours special, and I sure hope Benji wins.

I saw a TV commercial for another American Idol clone, coming on in a few weeks, but can’t remember what it was about, but it seems these shows are here to stay. I saw a rerun of America’s Got Talent and all I can say is no, it doesn’t! Some of the acts were just so horrible. I guess it runs during the week but I saw it Saturday afternoon.

I do have the Ember tape and have to watch it, which I’ll do tomorrow. I’ve had it since Friday but just haven’t had time to sit down and watch it, with the remodeling going on. Now I find out I need to do a little more but it won’t be a big deal, just some “flashing” loose and causing a leak.

I’m working on a new feature for the Hair To Stay website and hope to unveil it within a few days. It’s all up to my programmer now.

Half of August is gone … seems like the summer has just about passed, huh?
