It was in the 40’s today but a chilly 40’s. It must be cold out because my radiators are really hot and cooking tonight. Still can’t complain about the warmer weather this year.

The new blog design is coming along nicely, saw the beta version tonight and I love it. The hard part will be taking all the posts here now and transitioning them to the new blog without breaking things. I think it will be several weeks until it’s totally done.

A little closer to being able to release the photos of the woman with the thick treasure trail and lots of facial hair. Y’all will love her.

My house smells like rotisserie chicken. I love to cook, as y’all know, but never have time. Lately I’ve been thinking about cooking more, since over the past 10 weeks or so I’ve been having just salad for dinner 5 nights a week. Tonight I threw a chicken breast on the rotisserie. First I rubbed it with lemon oil from the gourmet store, then sprinkled paprika on it and let it rip. Set it and forget it indeed! 30 minutes later I had the most delicious, juicy chicken. My resolution for the new year is to eat a lot more chicken and not just have salad for dinner. I don’t have a lot of room in my freezer right now but hope to free up some space soon and stock up on chicken. I’ll still eat fish 2 nights a week but that’s a toaster oven thing.
