Playing Catch Up
Tuesday, February 6th, 2007Yep, that’s what I’m doing today, catching up on so many things. First, my “romance” is over before it got off the ground. He had absolutely no technical know-how and even getting an email from him was a major thing. We’re looking for different things, too. But, someone who isn’t into computers isn’t for me. My last few relationships were with guys with no technical knowledge. One could not even use a mouse correctly, and then there was the guy who decided he’d use the computer at an office where he was doing a job, and he got porn on the computer somehow but then could not figure out how to shut it down or get rid of it. He called me in a panic!
Dad is still hospitalized and they still have not isolated the source of the internal bleeding. He was supposed to have some test today but it didn’t happen, so maybe tomorrow.
Did a lot of work today including launching my poster store and my weight loss site. The latter still needs a tiny bit of tweaking but that’s for tomorrow.
Watching American Idol right now but so far it’s just boring with a lot of bad talent.
Ok, so, here is the car I’ll probably be purchasing, and you can click on it to see the full-sized version. I’ll be talking to my Pontiac guy tomorrow to see if it’s the right purchase for me, but it looks almost positive that it will be mine. My only issue is where to put it — 3 cars so far! This 4th would have to be garaged but it’s pretty hard to find a decent garage space for a reasonable price. Oh yeah, this would be a birthday gift for me. Another year older today, doo dah doo dah. Very uneventful, just another day, but I’m sure in a bit it will hit me pretty hard.

First, Eddie, here are the $12 flowers! The tulips were on sale for half price, and this store does the arrangement at no cost if you buy the flowers there. When I went to check out they had a 40% off coupon, so my $40 pot of tulips ended up costing me $12 and change. The pot is just a clay pot but they put red paper around it, a type of wrapping paper. It goes really well in the corner next to the TV, against the cranberry carpeting.
