Well, it’s over. David Cook is the winner and I’m very happy. This was a lackluster season at best. I don’t know how far David Cook will go but his voice is very unique. His singing with ZZ Top was amazing last night and his version of Heroes by Chad Kroeger (Seacrest called him Kruger??) rocked. George Michael rocked, as did Brian Adams and Graham Nash. Donna Summer doesn’t do much for me but she was ok.
NO hairy women in this year’s crop of female talent either. Remember Princess P and her facial hair?
Got plans for the holiday weekend? I’ve got a date on Monday afternoon/evening but otherwise plan to do some stuff around the house and do a lot of work. I have to update about 12 sites and it’s the kind of updating that takes a lot concentration. I did find some good pics last night and will post a few sneak peeks this weekend for y’all.
Should have my car back from restoration/engine in a couple of weeks. Radiator began to go in today so it’s close. So I’m pretty excited about that, then I can start looking for something new.

Back is better thanks to getting on ice every hour or so. Uploaded pics of my car finally and hope to get more by the end of the week.
Speaking of pics … more of her to come soon, but here is a sneak preview (click to see it larger)

This has been an interesting few days. Yesterday I read about a Word Press exploit (this site runs Word Press) and sure enough, it got me. I managed to delete all the exploited files, fix the database, and there really was no damage fortunately. It was more of a pain in the ass than anything. I managed to ban the prejudiced moron who kept trying to post, too.
I put up a new poll and will give it a few more weeks and then we’ll see how things change. I did get quite a few requests to go back to posting about my life as well as adding in some more free pics, so will incorporate both soon, I promise.
Been pretty busy lately. Got the Firebird totally squared away and fixed the starting issue by myself I believe … don’t ask. But I learned quite a bit in the process so it was worth the money it cost to fix things that weren’t broken in the first place. Won’t be driving her for a few days as the weather is about to turn bad after 9 days of 60+ degree days including 2 days over 75. I have actually shut my heat off for the season (2 days after getting the $730 heating bill, of course) but today it was chilly so I put it back on and grabbed the blankets I hadn’t been using. Took a nap this afternoon for 90 minutes, woke up, then went back to sleep for another hour. Guess I needed the rest.
Have laser this week as it was canceled for last week. Haven’t gone since what, December? I really only have one trouble area and one small spot that needs work so I don’t really have to go but will. I think from here on out it will be every 4-6 months.
Not much new on the male front. I’m just not into dating anyone right now, as odd as it sounds. I had lunch and dinner with my car friend but only as friends. Had a couple of guys interested but for some reason I’m just not that interested. Maybe they just aren’t the right guys, ya know?
I’ve been working on all my sites and have updated Hair to Stay, Frisky Blogs, Hairy Pictures, Hairy Website Reviews as well as many others. Haven’t put up any new sites in a while, just updating older ones.
I’ve been watching American Idol while I work but don’t go into the living room to watch it, so am not into it as much as in past years. I don’t know why Brooke is still in the competition and hope she’s voted off soon. Just 4 weeks left of American Idol and then So You Think You Can Dance begins a new season. That’s one you have to watch and can’t just listen to like American Idol!

It was a total shock and I wasn’t even aware it was him. I was visiting my dad in the hospital (he’ll be there at least another week) and went to sit in the visitor’s room for a break. Mom came in and we chatted a little bit and were about to go back when a man came in and mom looked at him (I didn’t even look other than to see it was a male) and called him by name. I realized who it was when she said his name but he certainly changed. I hadn’t seen him in about 15 or so years and then it was a brief “hello” and that was it.
We sat and chatted for a good 20 minutes or so. He’s got 4 kids by 4 different women, all from when he was in his late teens. That shocked me!
It brought back a lot of memories and I was trying to remember how old I was when we began to hang out, and I guess around 14/15 as I know when we did hang out, I wasn’t worried about being hairy. It was in 8th grade and I know during that year was my hirsute discovery. I kinda remember losing touch with him after that, though he lived 3 houses from me, but he went to a different high school and we just never saw each other after that for some odd reason.
Thinking back I have to laugh as the most exciting thing we ever did was hold hands — twice. Times were different then.
Sometimes I wish I had been a slut. Huh? Well, not quite, but I sometimes wish I had been more adventurous in life. Even now I kick myself for not having sex with Chuck, or another guy I met last summer. Part of me is glad and part of me isn’t, but Chuck was the first guy to turn me on like that in about 10 years or more.
There are so many guys I could ‘be’ with but part of me holds back due to the hair, whether it’s too much or now I’m lacking due to losing so much of it. I’ve been made to feel like much less of a person due to losing so much hair — and yeah — by many of you guys reading this, but I had to do what made me happy. It’s so odd how something that I hated my whole life, that everyone said was disgusting, now is something I somewhat wish I hadn’t changed.
Speaking of hair, aren’t I due for laser soon? I haven’t gone since December and other than 2 spots, I don’t even need it. I’d say at this point 90% of the hair is permanently gone and 9% still comes back in very very fine, and 1% makes up those 2 trouble spots.
Watching American Idol now and last night both David Cook and Michael Johns blew me away. None of the women impress me at all. In 45 minutes we’ll know who gets voted off but I figure it will be the Carly Simon lookalike or the other blonde.

Busily as always. Yesterday I finished up and launched my new babe blog, Unzipped Blog. I LOVE the design and the layout and am 100% pleased with how it came out. There are a few images of hairy women there and I’ll be adding more soon.
Watched American Idol this week and have to say I wasn’t very surprised at who was voted off and who the top 12 are … though I wish Danny Noriega would have remained as he’s so campy and queeny it would have been fun to watch him each week. My money is still on David Archuletta and Amanda Overmyer as the final 2.
Feeling very domestic today and have already cleaned out a cabinet and a closet and have a huge bag of garbage. Lately I just toss and toss and toss. I think I want to clean out a few kitchen drawers later on.
Yesterday afternoon there was NOTHING on television - not even on the Food Network. For some reason it hit me out of the blue — this new TV has a built-in DVD player. Duh. So I threw in a DVD and now will be able to listen to some of my favorite movies I’ve seen 2000 times again. Yeah, Shrek will be in there later as well
Has anyone used the Perfect Pod Maker? If so, please tell me your experience with it before I drive out of town to buy one tomorrow

I redid one of my sites and it’s just about ready to release, just need my designer to give me a new header. I did the actual color design work myself and considering I’d never used this script before, I’m pretty proud of myself.
I need people to click around and tell me if things are broken. Post or send me a message if interested.
Feeling a LOT better. Last night I actually slept for about 6 hours. Only got up a handful of times and hope tonight is the same. Not much coughing left and my voice is almost back to normal now. I talked to my guy friend and I’ll be seeing him a week from today as he has the day off. It will also be in the mid-50’s and I told him I wanted to go visit the Firebird and take pics and he said he’d love to go with me, to check out my car as well as the other classics this guy owns.
Today I cleaned out the closet in this office, which I hadn’t done in probably 10 years. I have 5 desktop computers in there, a huge bucket of computer parts and wires, and a lot of old clothes. I found a brand-new red leather coat I wore just once and forgot about, and of course it still fits fine and I like it better than the one I’m wearing now as it’s a better grade of leather. Found a spring jacket, threw out 7 coats. Found my 14.4 and 33600 modems, at least 100 cords/wires that I just threw out, and a ton of other crap. 3 big garbage bags and I still didn’t do the shelves on top which should take up one more bag.
I wanted to do my corporate taxes today but put it off again, so it’s on for Sunday no matter what.
Watching American Idol and I have to say that not a single singer has impressed me in all these audition shows. I keep waiting for “the one” to impress me but not yet …

I’m overworked already and the year has barely begun. This new project of mine is taking up waaaaay too much time!
Had a weird message on my cell phone today. “Happy new year from the guy you think doesn’t like you.” HUH? Took me a while to figure out who it was. I met him for coffee this summer and I remember posting a log here of him begging to see me again. He didn’t do anything for me, he lied to me, he’s got a girlfriend, etc. Kinda odd to hear from him after all this time, but at least he’s not bugging me on AIM again. And no, I didn’t respond to it.
Getting reading for the season premiere of American Idol, but these are the shows that show the really bad singers mostly and are boring after a while. I’ll work on some websites tonight and just listen to it.
Heard from the garage about my Firebird. Engine has been pulled and he found only one issue which I’ll deal with tomorrow. Now he’s cleaning up the engine bay before taking things apart. As soon as my stuff is back from the chrome place I’ll drive over with them and visit the car.
Ah, well, back to work. Pics tomorrow

In the 30’s today which may sound cold, but yesterday it hit 17 degrees and when I woke up it was 8 degrees. EIGHT DEGREES!! With the wind chill factor it was below zero. Tuesday it will be close to 60, so of course I thought, “oh boy, I can take out the Firebird” until I realized it has no engine since it was pulled to be painted. DUH. May be a good day to see if my restoration is done yet.
Had another laser session today and amazingly, I didn’t need it. I hadn’t had one in a few months but if I had skipped today, it would have been fine. I think I’m at the point where I can go twice a year. No pain at all today, no redness, nothing.
No word from the boytoy but I lost interest when he wasn’t around much. Pithy emails, getting much too sexual, not asking about me, etc. Unfortunately I don’t have patience for games. I “may” meet someone on Tuesday, we’ll have to see.
Saw a TV commercial today to remind me that American Idol begins January 15th. Wow. Last year was a bust for me. The only one with talent was Melinda Doolittle and I haven’t heard of an album from her yet. I hope this year they have better talent.

Yes, I’ve been extremely busy. Seems that work has picked up but other stuff is going on, too. First, I’m happy to say that today I put up the newest features on Hairy Space and real women who have been voice verified by me will have a special logo on their profile to show they’re real. Hopefully all the so-called women on the site will message me or call me.
My handyman/contractor is coming in this week to take down a desk, put up a new one, and put up shelves in this office. So, beginning tomorrow I need to break down half the office. I won’t disconnect the computer on that desk until the night before, but I need to rewire a lot of stuff so am glad I’ll be able to get behind that desk to do stuff there.
Still haven’t bought a new carb but will be hooking up with someone this week who can probably help. Still no word on those pre-bent gas lines that have bends in the wrong place — supposedly. I’m pretty disgusted at everything that is going on right now and wish Tony’s car guy wasn’t in Alaska, hunting bears (uh, not the animal type, either).
Saw a nice 1969 Firebird in black (my ex would be proud that I can now tell the difference between the bird and the Camaro) as he peeled out in front of me, leaving 2″ of rubber on the ground. Whoopee.
LaKisha is gone from American Idol and I liked her as she was the big girl in the competition. Blake, Jordin and Melinda are left … just 2 weeks left in the season, then it segues and the new season of So You Think You Can Dance begins.
I’m going to a meet and greet this week and am pretty nervous about meeting 7 strangers! It’s being held locally, not far from me, but still .. I’m so shy.
Speaking of meeting people, had a few interesting men contact me this week. One, someone I went to school with supposedly, was interested but lost interest when I said I was a fat chick. Another is still interested and we’re talking, but with distance between us I don’t have high hopes. I don’t seem in a hurry to find anyone. A local guy was interested but once he found out I had hairy armpits, that was it for him.
Updated the Hairy Videos site today and knocked down prices on tons of videos and DVDs, plus updated the inventory. Not many videos left. I used to have about 140 titles but have less than half of that now and am still trying to clear out what’s left. So far I was able to clear out an entire wall of videos so was able to put up all my classic car memorabilia on that wall of shelving. I saw my dream car — 1965 GTO convertible — die-cast car so have to get it soon! The color is black but that’s ok. A few local guys have black GTOs. Not many classic car sightings this week, even with very warm weather. That Firebird that was for sale for nearly $30k near me is gone so I guess someone bought it. I did see a 1965 Mustang parked in a yard for a year or so but this week it’s gone, so someone has a new rust bucket.
YankBird has seemingly gone missing so I guess y’all are stuck with me posting …

Yes, I said it. Right now I hate cars, especially old cars. If ANYONE knows anything about pre-bent gas lines, please email or call me before I go nuts. Mine are 8″ too short apparently … and you can’t lengthen them I guess!
Chris and Phil are off of American Idol but I’m not upset as I didn’t like either very much. All that’s left is Blake, Jordin, Melinda and LaKisha. My money is on Melinda but I really like Blake, too. I never liked Jordin.
Working on the new site and Hairy Space . Found some “hairy” groups on MySpace and of course, one is run by a guy who claims to be female. Sheesh. The other groups are all dead. Guess I need to make my own, huh? Like I need more work?!?!

I never understood what closure really meant until the other day. I don’t want to go into all the details because to me it’s finally in the past, but I received an email (which in itself is odd as they’re filtered from this particular person right to the trash/spam bin) which gave me closure to something in my past. NOW I finally understand what closure is about. I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and felt I could move on. I guess in the future I’ll now understand exactly what closure means to people.
I’m needing to hire someone to work for me once in a while. What you will do is go into hairy paysites with a password I supply, and download photos for me. I’ll tell you what type I need. This takes time, but as a woman who doesn’t really get off seeing hairy women all day long, this job is tedious and boring as hell for me. You will be trusted with a password and will be trusted not to share it. Obviously I want someone who I’m familiar with, so if you’re a customer of mine, or a surfer I know, please feel free to email me to talk about this. It doesn’t pay anything but you get free access to hairy paysites and can download all the photos and videos you want at no cost
American Idol is on tonight, the final 6 perform with 2 being voted off tomorrow. One month of AI left … this season went quickly.
Nice day but about to go visit dad in the hospital. Yes, he’s still there but they think he can go home on Thursday as long as his blood remains stable, but he’s still bleeding internally. His bloodwork revealed he had another heart attack 2 weeks ago, but it must have been very very minor.

Tonight is laser night and I nearly forgot about it. I no longer get nervous about having it done, just nervous driving back after it’s been done.
Possible new guy on the horizon. He likes classic cars, hairy women and BBWs …. though with my luck, he’s married or involved … I’ll know more later on. (Edit: he’s married. Buh bye)
Not many classic car sightings other than a 1969 Firebird for sale for $27,900 near me, a few 1940’s trucks and another 1955 Chevy. I saw a Model T in a parking lot at the local supermarket which was totally restored and a gorgeous older vehicle. I need to step up my search for my older pickup truck.
American Idol raised more than 30 MILLION DOLLARS last night for famine relief in Africa, homelessness in New Orleans, and more. Amazing how much money was donated. The show was good with Earth Wind and Fire, though nothing was sadder than the bass player with his waist-length hair but nearly totally bald on top. Seeing Jeff Beck rocked me!

Knew that would get your attention! No, I never EVER will, but it was suggested to me today by a guy I’ve been chatting with online. When I told him I had hairy underarms, he basically blew me off, and kept telling me I needed to trim down below, despite the fact I never told him if I was very hairy down below or not.
His email today:
I’m not trying to be a dick or anything. I understand you are who you are and nothing is going to change that. I just wanted to say to you as a friend (bleeped out!), Maybe you should just shave. I kow you’re getting all pissed off right now, but don’t. Yeah, there are guys out there who love a natural girl, but not enough of them. I’m sure you could get any dick you wanted. Would it really kill you to shave? I mean, I don’t know the extent of your hair, buy I personally don’t like hairy legs. I could look over pits, but only if it DOESN’T look like you’ve got Don King in a headlock. I can get past a hairy pussy.
He could not have been more of a dick, that’s for sure. He’s obviously young. Yeah, it WOULD kill me to shave. While my body hair does not define me, it is who I am and I accept it. I would never change my entire being for someone.
On the good news front, a guy I used to be interested in has resurfaced, and in his email he did mention that he has fantasized about licking hairy armpits. He really REALLY made my day by saying that, and even if nothing comes from it, he just perked me up quite a bit. He’s a nice guy I’d love to be friends with, maybe more … we shall see.
Dad is in the hospital again and am waiting to hear more news on his condition today. It’s never ending.
Summer, you need to start posting again.
Sanjaya was finally voted off of American Idol. I give the kid props, it was not easy for him to sing in front of 25 million people a week and have the judges slam him and all of America bashing him. I’m sure he’ll have a career ala William Hung. Meanwhile, I still want Melinda to win!
Any plans for the weekend?

After nearly 3 years of being harassed on the phone by an errant fax machine, it probably has stopped. I tried to find out who it was but Caller ID only showed “unknown”. This fax machine would call me 3-5 times a day, from 6 am until 10 pm, and just leaves fax tones on my voice mail. It is SO SO SO annoying and the phone company can not do anything without knowing who it is.
Today the phone rings and I see on Caller ID it’s a number out of Massachusets, and answer, and I get that same fax tone. Thinking it’s a coincidence, I go back to work and 5 minutes later it happens again. NOW I know who it is.
I called, laid into them pretty hard and got excuses but supposedly, it will now stop.
Now if the moron from Alice, Texas, who likes to call and just breathe into the phone will stop calling, life will be good.
Watched American Idol last night with their country theme, and other than Melinda, no one did really well. Sanjaya was just SO horrible and I really hope he’s finally voted off tonight.
New guy (in law enforcement) is history but it just died a natural death, nothing dramatic. Once I told him I had underarms and he wasn’t into it, I knew things would be over, and emails trickled down to almost nothing with a one-line comment at best. I’m supposed to say it’s his loss, right?

First, I made some code changes to this site, so if you see anything funky, please let me know right away.
My Hairy Space site is picking up after a day of being open, and hopefully it will continue to grow. 3 women so far!
Haley is gone from American Idol and it’s about time. She wasn’t all that talented other than her long legs and each week she wore less and less clothes. Simon called her out on it, saying her strategy was to wear little clothing to cover up the fact she can’t sing. Surprisingly, Sanjaya did good this week!
The Shield was good as always, with Kavanaugh finally admitting he framed Mackey. I hope he rots in jail.
Don Imus — what do you think of it all? If he were black, would there be such controversy? Aren’t rap lyrics that put down all women much worse than his comments?
Pretty frisky today thanks to an online flirtation with a very sexy guy. Goatee and unshaven look, earring, well, it got to me. He had me climbing the walls last night!! It helps me understand how you guys go so nuts when you see a nice hairy bush, hairy forearms, etc.

It began last night. I went to bed on time, read for a bit with the electric blanket on, and thought I shut it off. I woke up at 12:30 in a sweat, with the blankets thrown to the side. Took a while to get back to sleep since it was so warm. I had a doctor appointment this morning so knew I had to have breakfast at 7 am and be in the shower by 7:30 am. I woke up at 7:19 am. Know what it’s like when you oversleep by 90 minutes???
2 slices of toast gobbled down with some juice, no time to check sites or email, Jumped into the shower, did my hair which, of course, would not cooperate. Dressed, got to check some email, ran to the doctor. Instead of a regular tech, I had a student do my bloodwork and it took her 3 sticks to get me done and it wasn’t right. I was NOT happy.
To end the day, I spent most of it updating a website, and I went to delete 3 items and instead, deleted the tables. So, now I have a website with no info on it at all (not a hairy site) and hav asked my host to help me restore it from backup, which I did yesterday. So, all the work I did is now gone and has to be redone as well, since I didn’t finish so never did a new backup.
Bleh.
Now I’m waiting to hear from my host. I worked on the social networking site but haven’t had a lot of people sign up for it to beta test it, even with a free DVD, so am not sure if all is going well. I am waiting for the graphics from my designer and I told him I needed them VERY quickly, but he’s been ill.
Gina was voted off of American Idol last night, but I wasn’t very upset as I wasn’t a fan of her. I still hope Melinda wins!
My 42-website project is done but for one single graphic so I can’t announce it quite yet …

This rain just won’t let up. Ick.
The season premiere of The Shield was last night and WOW, it kept me on the edge of my seat. It’s so intense and I think this season wll be amazing.
Saw American Idol last night and obviously I think Sanjaya should be voted off, but I think Phil Stanley will go and deserves to go as does Haley, but she gets the vote from horny guys. Melinda rocked as always.
Been working on my social networking site almost non-stop. Today I did a ton of coding and it’s really coming together. It will be free to signup and there is no upgrade available, so you never have to pay to join. Thanks to those who have offered to sign up, but you need to actually do it! Write in your blog, upload some music. C’mon, I need y’all to test all the features. I don’t want to go live and have anything broken. I’ve added 4 more themes to choose from and am seeking a designer to add more. Waiting for graphics from my designer as well, but he’s not feeling well right now.
Just saw a post on a sex forum where a guy said he liked hairy pits and was looking for like minded folks. About 40 responses and all but one bashed him. They referred to hairy shemales, bearded women, Cousin It, etc. Bunch of uptight, closed-minded morons who apparently prefer the look of children.

Well, Stephanie was voted off of American Idol, and I’m shocked. She had a fairly decent voice, definitely better than that Sanjaya boob. Must be millions of little girls voting for him.
Cold raw day and I’m beginning to get sick and tired of the wind and rain. Had to get my hair trimmed today and I left looking good, then one good wind came along and *POOF* there it went!
A judge struck down the COPA law, saying that parents need to watch their kids and use filtering software instead of requiring adult site owners to take responsibility. Finally a judge who knows how to make sense.
I won’t be around much for the next several days, so if you don’t see me posting, don’t think anything is wrong. I’m going to try to login but can’t guarantee it.

Yep, tonight I had another laser treatment. I was somewhat nervous since I hadn’t had a treatment since the first of December, and worried it would hurt, but honestly it was nothing at all. I basically didn’t feel it at all, even at a very high level with several passes. I don’t need aloe gel when I get home and my skin isn’t even red. I remember the first 6 treatments where it really hurt and I had to put aloe on every 10 minutes for an hour to ease the discomfort. I set another appointment for 8 weeks so there is less time between appointments. Driving over wasn’t bad and coming back at 6:30 it was still pretty light out, even with the dark sky and rain.
I updated Pam’s Webcams a little today with several new hairy women chat hosts. I may add more on the weekend, plus have some MILF and BBW chat hosts to add as well.
Felt really good today when I was in line at a store and the woman in front of me made a chit-chat comment about the weather to me, I responded, then she said, “your hair is really pretty.” I have had several people tell me how much they like the cut, the color, etc. The best thing I ever did was making it straight and going auburn/red. The color doesn’t jump out at you but is very subtle and warm. The layered cut is fantastic and my hairdresser will get an extra large tip at Christmas this year for sure. I’m also using a new product called It’s A 10 Miracle Leave-In Product. Ladies, this is THE best hair product ever invented!
What does it do?
1. Repairs dry damaged hair
2. Adds shine
3. Smoothes & controls frizz
4. Seals & protects hair color
5. Flat iron spray & thermal protector
6. Detangles
7. Stops hair breakage
8. Creates Silkiness
9. Enhances natural body
10. Prevents split ends
I’ve been using hot rollers (remember those??) and I like knowing it protects my hair, but it also makes it so silky and soft, almost like you’ve had a deep conditioner every day. I use it straight when I shampoo it, then use a 50/50 solution with water in between before touching it up. A small bottle goes a long way and I think it runs around $15 a bottle. Obviously if you freshly shampoo every day you’ll use more, but it’s highly concentrated so a small squirt really gives a lot of coverage.
Well, Brandon was voted off of American Idol last night and that insipid wanna-be singer Sanjaya remained. Goes to show you how much disposable income those little teenaged girls have.
Where is Yank Bird????

It was 60 yesterday but, of course, we’re having snow tomorrow. It will be warm again next week.
I can not believe that Sanjaya was not voted off American Idol last night. Those teenaged girls are truly voting for him in record numbers. He’s adorable but can’t sing. I finally began to listen to my Daughtry CD and so far I love it. He comes across really well on tape.
Still in negotiations with a new model and we’ll see how well that goes. Lately so many of them are just flakes. I don’t get why some men have the need to claim to be hairy women, do you?

55 degrees, slight breeze, sunny — ah, the stuff weather dreams are made of! It got a little chilly later in the afternoon but most of the day it was just really nice. I figured I’d see some classic cars on the road but only saw 2 today — a 1955 Chevy race car I’d seen before, and a 1955-57ish GMC truck like I want, only this one was bright yellow and looked like a travelling Tweety bird! Didn’t get to visit my car today to check on the progress as I was too busy, plus I don’t have the shroud they need yet.
Picked up my taxes today, a day I hate, and I’ll hate tomorrow even more when I go pay them!
Updated the hairy video blog and all hairy movies site with some new free movies. I’m working on my cam site tonight.
American Idol is on right now and tomorrow I’ll let you know who I thought should stay and who should go.
Was in the mood for Chop Suey tonight, something I eat maybe once a year. I don’t know about your area, but in this area, it’s made with just onions, bean sprouts and celery, in a cornstarch-thickened white sauce. Nothing special and definitely different than other areas of the country. I don’t like celery, so ordered a Beef Chop Suey with no celery and it was pretty good. Kinda bland as they don’t put much soy sauce in it, which is a good thing, but it still is a little bland.
How is it made in your area and yes, TMW, I’ll be jealous of your explanation!

But it will be in the 70’s next Thursday. Yep, that’s right. 60’s on Wednesday, 70’s on Thursday. Warm enough for me to pay a visit to the garage to check on my restoration without freezing my furry ass off!
American Idol was a slight letdown tonight. Oh, I’m glad that Antonella was voted off. Sure she was beautiful, but she really didn’t have a lot of vocal talent. Sabrina is good so I felt bad she was voted off. For the men, holy shit, they picked that kid Sanjaya over Sundance. Boo hiss. Sundance’s father was Roy Head, who was on the charts with the #1 song in 1964 but the Beatles bumped him off. He really can sing. Sanjaya is pretty-boy cute so all the little girls voted him in.
Working on a new series of websites that should take a month to complete, but won’t need much maintenance. Summer can’t yell at me since she hasn’t even answered my PM from a month ago and has me in limbo about her love life.
Moving servers sure did clean up the email spam. I dropped 5-10 thousand spams per day. My main account still gets spam but I can filter them a little better now, so don’t see many of them, and each time one arrives, I learn to filter it out.
OH yeah, I went to the store today and when checking out, I saw the guy at the register and when I got up close, realized he was a she. A very, very masculine looking girl with a definite mustache.

I didn’t sleep much last night due to 50 mph wind gusts. Today we had the same wind but it was 14 degrees, so with the wind chill factor it was 10 below zero. This is not at 8 am, mind you, this was at 2 pm when I went out. The sun was shining but it was just damned windy and damned cold. This year it’s really bothering me so I think it’s my age.
Just watched American Idol and honestly, out of the 8 men, only 2 were half-way decent, that was Blake and Chris Sligh. The rest were really bad and I can’t see Sanjaya going any further. Tomorrow night the women perform and I look forward to that since I love Melinda and Lakisha and my secret hope is that Melinda wins it.
I got my 4 gb flash drive today, and I’m absolutely facsinated by it. It is 2 inches long, half an inch thick and nearly an inch wide. THIS IS A 4 GIG HARD DRIVE. I had a 1 gig flash drive but prices are really falling. It absolutely amazes me when I think back to my Commodore 64. The hard drive was a separate unit and was the size of a shoe box and must have weighed 6 or 7 lbs. My external backup drives are 80 gigs and the size of a deck of cards. I swear soon they will have 80 gig hard drives the size of flash cards that go in cameras.
Did you ever lose your keys and go nuts trying to find them? I did today! I always hang them up on a keyhook near my door when I walk in, since I have so many sets of keys, and I prefer to keep them separate. Went for the keys and they weren’t there. Checked all coat pockets even though I never put them in pockets due to my remote starter. Checked under the hook, under the table. Was going to use a backup set of extra keys I keep when I found them. Where? Hanging on the hook. I forgot I’d changed keyrings and thought that they were the keys to another car and not my truck. DUH.
Gee, no word from that so-called hairy model .. what a surprise. I knew she was full of shit when she said she could have fully grown in luxurious pits in a week or two. WHY do these people play games like this? My photographer was going to NY to do test shots of her but luckily nothing was set up.
So, where is Yank Bird?

Some days I just get so pissed off, ya know?
First, this week I received an email from someone with this comment, “I have always wondered why hairy women(now I’m not talking about Gorillas),you know, nice soft female body hair on a ladies legs, thighs, forearms and even her armpits”
GORILLAS? Geez, thanks a lot, buddy. You just pushed my self-esteem up a few notches.
Then I’m approving personal ads and see this statement: “Fat can be dieted away and thin can be built up”
Yeah, fat can simply be dieted away? Ever have PCOS, you moron?
*deep breath*
Watching American Idol now and wow, did you hear Alaina try to sing when she was voted off? I don’t think I have ever heard such bad singing, not even during the tryouts. Sharp, flat, out of tune, out of key — ugh, it was horrible.
Got the last site, hairy videos totally moved and am waiting for DNS to propagate, and that’s that. All is done. I think I’m going to go away for a few days next week to destress from all of this. I’ll bring my laptop so I can check emails at night and can log in and post here as well. I have the blog set up so I can post via email if I need to, so guess I’ll be testing that feature.
Have you see that new TV show, “Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?” It’s sort of So You Want To Be A Millionaire but they team a 5th grader with a contestant. Jeff Foxworthy hosts it and it’s really good if you like challenging programs, like a trivia game.
Are you smarter? Let’s see.
How many sides to a trapezoid?
What country has the largest border to the USA?
How many decades in a millenia?
Y’all guess and then I’ll post answers!

Are you glad we’re over the hump? Just 2 days left until the weekend, though Friday we’re having a major ‘Noreaster with significant rainfall. Better than snow, I guess, but we had 2-3″ of snow this week already.
Called mom tonight to see how dad did his first full day home and she said he’s already been to the ER. Seems she went to take him to the doctor appointment he had and he insisted on not using his walker, even though the therapist says he MUST use it as his leg isn’t stable. Mr. I’m-Stubborn walked without it (actually tried to walk to the driver’s side of the car since he claimed he’d drive) and he fell in the street and hit his hip, knee (again) and head. Mom went over to him, he was out cold, someone driving by called 911 and they took him to the ER but didn’t keep him. Nothing broken but they say tomorrow he will be very bruised and very, very sore.
Still have one site left to move, was about to change things but found one error so am waiting for someone to fix it, then I can finish up. I also made major changes to the server today. Best part of this move was I lost about 35,000 spam emails per day. I killed all the overflow emails to my main email account so went from 5,000 spams a day to less than a dozen. Much better filtering system, that’s for sure.
Just started watching American Idol and my votes for the two top women tonight are Lakisha and Melinda and the two to be voted off are Alaina and Antonella, though that chick who did a Whitney Houston song really sucked.
Remember, tell me if any of my sites are broken. Woke up to an email from someone telling me about a broken site which had been broken for a week.
Haven’t been sleeping well for two weeks but I think it’s the stress of moving the sites and my father. Today I ended up taking a 10 minute nap that lasted over an hour, right before dinner. I swear I went to just lie down for 10 minutes and it felt like that’s all it was, but all of a sudden it was 4:50 pm!
Oh yeah, the Firebird guy called me, his other buyer backed out so if I still want it for $7k, it’s mine. Without photos of the 2 bolts in the firewall, no way. My Firebird guy told me what to check and what to look for, and I won’t compromise and end up with something needing a lot of work. I just don’t want the responsibility of another car right now, so I think things worked out for the best when he said he sold it to someone else and I decided against it. But, if you want a rust-free 1967 Firebird with a turbo 400 automatic totally redone for $7k — and only $1k to ship (he made a deal with someone for me) …..

I admit to watching only part of it, because I didn’t see the movies that were nominated. Of course, now I want to see some of those movies.
I saw Hollywoodland this past weekend and it was pretty good. I didn’t know the story of George Reeves so it was new to me, but I won’t tell the plot or ending. The best part was the old cars from the 50’s in the movie!
American Idol is on right now but so far, no one has impressed me. This year the men just don’t seem to be as strong as in past years.
Ok, I take that back — Sundance Head did “Mustang Sally” and did an incredible job with it. If I had to vote someone off, it would be Sanjaya for sure. He’s cute but his voice just isn’t cutting it. I’d vote for Sundance and Chris for sure. Tomorrow night will be the women’s turn to impress me (and you).
Oh yeah, I didn’t mention that I’m not getting the Firebird. It’s somewhat of a long story, but the bottom line was I didn’t have enough photos of it. I had made a commitment to buy it, but fortunately someone else wanted it so there is no issue. He also has a 1967 Firebird convertible for sale at a great price, but my heart has always wanted an Impala or an old pickup truck, so I’ll wait. It’s not like I can appreciate it at this time of year anyway. And it was that awful orange color!!
Hm, did I mention dad went home? I saw him today and he looked pretty good. He’s still very unsteady on his feet and can’t walk much, but his face looks a lot better, and it’s not just the 25 lb weight loss in the past month.
Speaking of fathers, I emailed someone who did work for me a few years ago to ask how he was and see if he could help with something. I mentioned last time I spoke to him he’d just lost his house in a fire along with his computer and all his work, etc, and hoped things were better. He writes back to tell me his father died this morning. I have timing, huh?

Wow, I was blown away last night by Lakisha and then Melody, and those are my predictions for women in the top 3. I actually had goosebumps when Lakisha finished singing. Her voice, her passion, she was flawless. Melody who is very shy came out of her shell and bounced around on stage, and sang so well.
Tonight 2 men and 2 women will be voted off.
Call the court about my payment hearing but they rescheduled it for March 8th — why? I was paid by business check and they want to give it 2 weeks to clear. I’ll go cash it today but even then it can still be returned for various reasons — insufficient funds, stop payment, etc. It’s not drawn on my own bank(s) so we’ll see how it plays out. Waiting until the last second wasn’t right, and it was so noted on the legal paperwork they now have to send out to reschedule.
Got my taxes done finally, turned them in today to my accountant. They’re due in 3 weeks from today!

Still alive but barely! Moving sites, nearing the end thank goodness. Right now Hairy Chat should almost be ready to be viewed, and Pam’s Reviews is moved and DNS is propagating. Just a few more sites to move and then I am taking a vacation. Oh yeah, I moved Hairy Pits and you should be able to login now, finally, as I had a few minor issues with it.
I was supposed to go to court tomorrow for a payment review hearing, as they had 30 days to pay me, as of the 17th of January. Of course, today I receive the check so now I have to call the court early in the morning since my hearing was at 9 am. It’s 5 days late but I doubt the court will do anything.
I watched most of American Idol last night and of the 12 guys, no one stuck out and truly impressed me. I do favor Blake, Chris Sligh and the Chris Daughtry-look-a-like. The women perform in about 10 minutes and I’ll watch most of it.
Tired of reading about Anna Nicole and Britney? Who cares already? Sheesh, it’s ridiculous. This woman, Britney, is a lousy role model and I wonder who is taking care of her kids while she’s out drinking, shaving her head, having tattoos and going in and
out of rehab.
Dad is still at the home, his knee is horribly swollen and bruised from when he fell, and I think he’ll be there an extra few weeks to recover from this. I didn’t go visit him today since I had too much to do but will go tomorrow.
Got prices on shipping my car from California. When I had the last one shipped from there in July, gas prices were much higher and I paid $1,800 which was a phenomenal price for a covered carrier. The price is actually more now, which makes no sense since prices have gone down, but they did such a great job and I liked the 2-level carrier.
52 degrees yesterday, what a break! I wore a lighter coat and last night, kicked off the heavier blanket since it was 32 overnight. Extended forecast says from Friday until next Friday it will be close to 40 every day.

Before I knew it last night, it was after 10 pm! I was working hard, moving sites, and listening to American Idol. My 2 male favorites, Chris and Sundance, made it to the top 24, and now is the time I will begin watching it more seriously. The only women I really liked were the large, black woman whose name escapes me, and the other black woman with a short neck, the professional backup singer. Oh, I liked Paul Kim but didn’t notice if he made it or not.
Again, if you find my sites down, it’s because I am moving some. Did about 15 last night and hope to do a few this morning before I jump in the shower.
So, how was your Valentine’s Day?

Well, we’re not getting much, just a few inches followed by rain, but the other part of the state is getting up to 2 feet of snow. Wow.
Quiet day, updated some sites, nothing new went up! Visited dad and he’s settling in nicely this morning with his new TV, did my legal stuff and just ran a couple of errands.
Working tonight while American Idol is on, though this Hollywood week stuff is somewhat boring.
Nothing from the “new” guy for quite a while, so I have a feeling he’s lost interest. Well, it’s not like I expected to have anyone with me on Valentine’s Day, though I did get a card from someone today, someone who always sends me a card on holidays. Part of me is pissed off at myself for getting my hopes up, part of me is pissed off at myself for thinking it would work out, and part of me is pissed off at him.
Ah well, I hope y’all have a great Valentine’s Day. It’s just another day, right?
