Almost pain free

For the past 2 days my neck hasn’t hurt at all. The stiff neck is finally gone. My chiropractor is amazing! I have to go tomorrow and that’s the last appointment until I reinjure it again.

Kevin Youkliss of the Boston Red Sox used to have a huge goatee but shaved it for charity. Gillette donated $5k to his favorite charity. I’d have given $5k if he’d have kept it lol.

Still talking to Paul but his being 3 hours away just doesn’t make me happy, plus one brief conversation about sex lead me to believe we won’t be compatible sexually at all. So, I’ll meet him as a friend. He wanted to meet this past week but I couldn’t, and can’t next Monday either … maybe Thanksgiving since I’ll just be home alone, working. But, it’s supposed to rain and I don’t take out the Firebird in the rain, and I want to cruise around with him.

Saw the same very, very hairy woman at my local Wal-Mart again. I’m not sure when she works but she seems to be there when I go, which isn’t often. I wish I could just approach her and ask her to model.

Why not just ask the WalMart lady if she has a phone number or email address she can provide. Explain that you publish a website and want to find out if she would like to model. No need to go into details in the checkout line. If she gives you the contact info and you provide some links to samples of the work, then she can decide in the privacy of her own home if she would be interested.

With “adult” material I know there is always the chance that someone will overreact in a negative way. But if your instincts tell you she would be a good model, maybe it will be worth the risk.

The big advantage is that you already have a large body of work to demonstrate that you are totally legitimate. That is important.

I am having a somewhat similar experience right now in that I have recently discovered that I am pretty good with charcoal drawings. I would like to publish a portfolio book of the drawings. So far my models have all been photographs.

You see, my subject matter is female nudes of various sizes and shapes from age 50 on up. Not porn-style crotch shohts but truly artistic nudes in celebration of what I think is the beauty of the female anatomy as it ages, in my opinion anyway. I find that getting started is the hardest part, or at least getting up the courage to seek models. I would be whole lot more comfortable asking a 70 year old woman to take off her clothes if I already had some published work to show her that my intentions are honorable.
